Human Services

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

CST is a gentle, hands-on therapy that supports nervous system regulation, structural balance, and relief from stress or chronic pain.

Reiki

An energy-based therapy focused on restoring balance within the body’s subtle energetic system, promoting relaxation, coherence, and parasympathetic activation.

Craniosacral Therapy and Reiki are offered as separate, individualized sessions honoring the integrity of each modality.

Equine Integrative Bodywork Sessions

In addition to my human practice, I offer equine integrative bodywork sessions guided by the horse’s nervous system and physical responses. Care is individualized and may include modalities such as Craniosacral Therapy, myofascial work, ANMR, cold laser therapy, and kinesiology taping.

Canine Integrative Bodywork Sessions
