integrative canine bodyworkCanine Services
Canine sessions are integrative, individualized, and guided by your dog’s nervous system and comfort level.
Rather than charging per modality or per minute, each visit is offered as a single session fee — allowing care to unfold based on what your dog needs most in that moment.
My work supports mobility, nervous system regulation, pain reduction, and overall comfort using gentle, trauma-informed techniques.
How I work:
Each full-body session may incorporate one or more supportive modalities, including:
✤ Craniosacral Therapy
✤ Animal Neuro-Myofascial Release (ANMR)
✤ Cold Laser Therapy
✤ Kinesiology Taping
✤ Myofascial & Soft Tissue Techniques
Modalities are selected based on what your dog presents during the session.
Craniosacral Therapy for Dogs
A gentle, hands-on modality that supports nervous system balance and structural alignment.Craniosacral Therapy may support dogs experiencing:
Chronic pain or joint stiffness (arthritis, hip dysplasia)
Post surgical recovery
Recovery from injury or trauma
Cruciate ligament strain
Luxating patella
Iliopsoas tension
TMJ or dental-related tension
Vestibular imbalance
Back or neck discomfort
Anxiety, fear, or stress-related behaviors
Seizure support (nervous system regulation)
Senior mobility concerns
By easing fascial and neurological tension, CST helps the body return to greater comfort and regulation.
Animal Neuro-Myofascial Release (ANMR)
A gentle, tool-assisted technique that addresses fascial restrictions and neuromuscular imbalance.
Because fascia connects every structure in the body, restriction in one area can influence movement and comfort elsewhere. ANMR introduces gentle motion into the soft tissues surrounding joints and the spine, supporting improved mobility and circulation.
ANMR may assist with:
Scar tissue and adhesions
Inflammation or swelling
Repetitive strain patterns
Compressed nerves
Compensation from past injury
Cold Laster Therapy
Low-level laser therapy supports tissue healing, reduces inflammation, and promotes cellular repair by increasing ATP production.
This modality may be beneficial for:
Arthritis
Soft tissue injury
Post-surgical healing
Chronic inflammation
Pain management support
Treatment is non-invasive, safe, and pain-free.
Kinesiology Taping
Elastic therapeutic taping that moves with your dog while supporting muscle function, joint stability, circulation, and recovery.

Sessions are tailored to your dog’s individual needs and may include Craniosacral Therapy, Cold Laser, ANMR, or Kinesiology Taping. Each approach is selected based on comfort, presentation, and overall goals.
-
Canine bodywork may support dogs experiencing stiffness, injury recovery, anxiety, mobility changes, post-surgical healing, compensation patterns, or nervous system dysregulation. Sessions focus on promoting balance and ease rather than treating specific diagnoses.
-
Ensure your dog has had an opportunity to potty beforehand and avoid scheduling strenuous activity immediately before the appointment. A calm environment and a familiar handler present can help your dog feel safe and relaxed.
-
No. Sessions are guided by your dog’s comfort and consent. Some dogs lie down and relax deeply, while others prefer to stand or move around. We follow their pace.
-
Frequency depends on your dog’s needs and goals. Some benefit from a short series of sessions for acute concerns, while others receive periodic maintenance support.
-
Most dogs appear relaxed or sleepy after a session. Occasionally, mild fatigue or temporary tenderness may occur as the body integrates the work, but this typically resolves quickly.
